6m2 copper blast furnace fabrication on site;blast furnace complete equipment project

    Blast furnace smelting process is a process that making matte and slagging, making matte is to smelt copper ore and auxiliary materials, then get matte (40-50% copper) after slagging. The main equipment is 6m2 matte blast furnace. 

    This blast furnace adds materials from the both sides of furnace top feed platform, various raw and auxiliary materials are added into the feeding car after measurement by human, feeding car will add materials into furnace from both sides along the feeding platform. The melt after smelting will be separated on external crucible and then get slag and matte. The slag will be removed away after water quenching; the matte will be put into mould, removed into next process for converting after cooling. The soot outcomes from blast furnace can be used to extract the other elements.
